Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your MicMeUp™ device in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories, charging cables, and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
